I am very glad I received this email for a review. I've been trying to find a phone number or email address to request a replacement. The covers are not woven properly and there are holes. How can I get them replaced?
Also, I would like to purchase the pillows that go with these pillow covers. How can I do that?

I ordered two 16” x 16” pillow covers; they are very attractive. One was in good condition, the other one has a seam that split and is falling apart. (I used 18” x 18” inserts, purchased separately from another source, which worked well). I have made three attempts to contact the store (at their email address which was returned for bad address, on their website contact form, and at the different email address provided on my PayPal receipt) without success. I would like a replacement or a refund of the defective kilim pillow cover, but instead it appears that I wasted my money at the Kilim Pillow Store.

Purchased 4 pillows in same color scheme with complimentary patterns. The colors are rich. The wool is hefty but soft to the touch. Backings are neutral-colored and well sewn. My gift recipient is very happy with these pillows. Thanks!

I am extremely pleased with pillow covers I ordered! The colors are vibrant and I like the nubby, rug-like texture. Be aware the zippered area where you place the insert is narrower than the overall size requires. Also, to my amusement, communication was in Turkish. However, the actual product is excellent and I would buy from Kilim pillow covers again!

These are high quality pillows worth the money! Buy an insert and you have an exceptional pillow. Beautiful vivid colors on durable material.
They will be heirlooms.

Order was very quick. Covers are well made with beautiful colors. Duties and shipping still cost another $48 and one cover had a hole in it and was poorly patched with thread. I would still order again knowing what I know and hope for the best!
